My Pushka ("the App") is operated by Chabad of East Greenbush / Jewish Greenbush Chabad. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up
• Pushka activity: your balance, goal, donation history, and streak within the app
• Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Reminder preferences: your chosen reminder time and frequency

How We Use Your Information

• To operate your personal pushka and save your progress
• To send email reminders you've opted into
• To send donation confirmation and thank-you emails
• To process payments via Stripe

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Resend — for sending transactional emails

Email Communications

If you enable reminders, we will send you emails on Tuesday and Friday, and before Shabbat. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any reminder email, or by turning off reminders in your app settings.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
